Getting started on Kandle is pretty simple! Just sign up on Kandle.xyz You can sign up using your Gmail ID. We’re also working on integrating more sign up options.

2. Can I edit my selected coin/portfolio after entering the league?

You can edit your selected coin/portfolio any time before the league starts.

3. What happens in case of a tie in Fantasy Leagues?

Coin League: If both the players in a Coin League have the same percentage change in their portfolios, the league will be canceled, and the entry fees will be refunded back to the players' Kandle wallets. Portfolio League: If all the players in a Portfolio League have the same percentage change in their portfolios, thereby resulting in a tie, the league will be canceled, and the entry fees will be refunded back to the players' Kandle wallets. If two or more players in a Portfolio League have the same percentage change in their portfolios, then the player to join the league first will rank above the other in the leaderboard. The league will not be cancelled in this case.

Example- Ray, Jane, Dave & Beck joined a Portfolio League in the same order. Jane and Dave had the same percentage change in their portfolios. Now, since Jane joined the league before Dave, her portfolio will rank above Dave's in the leaderboard.

4. Can I opt out of a league at any time?

If all the spots in your entered fantasy league are not filled within 48 hours, you will get the option to withdraw from the league.

5. How can I stay informed about upcoming events and announcements?

6. Can I create more than one account on Kandle?

You should not create more than one account on Kandle. To ensure fair gameplay we only allow 1 account per player. If multiple accounts are found for a user then the platform will block all secondary accounts.

7. My account has been blocked/restricted, what should I do?

Accounts get restricted/blocked access if they depict any suspicious activity that violates the terms and policies of the platform (creating multiple accounts or gaming the platform).
